What does roast-to-order mean?

Roast-to-order means your coffee beans are roasted the same day you place your order. We never roast ahead or keep pre-roasted inventory. This ensures maximum freshness and flavor in every bag.

What single-origin coffees do you offer?

We currently offer three carefully selected single-origin coffees: Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Blueberry, Jasmine, Bergamot), Peru Cajamarca (Chocolate, Caramel, Citrus), and Colombia Huila (Brown Sugar, Red Apple, Walnut). We also offer a Roast on Demand service for any origin you request.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! We offer flexible subscriptions with up to 10% off every order and free shipping. Choose biweekly or monthly delivery. We also offer a Roaster's Choice option where we select the best seasonal single-origin for you. No commitment, cancel anytime.

What is Roast on Demand?

Roast on Demand is our custom roasting service. If you want a specific coffee origin that is not in our current lineup, tell us the country, region, or farm, and we will source the green beans and roast them fresh just for you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.50 for orders under $35. Orders of $35 or more get free shipping. All subscription orders include free shipping.

When does coffee reach peak flavor after roasting?

Coffee reaches peak flavor 4 to 5 days after roasting. This resting period allows CO2 to degas and the full flavor profile to develop. Since we roast the same day you order, your coffee arrives right at its peak. Most store-bought coffee is already 2 to 8 weeks old.

Can I gift a coffee subscription?

Yes! We offer prepaid gift subscriptions in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. The recipient gets fresh Roaster's Choice single-origin coffee delivered biweekly. Gift plans include savings of up to 15% compared to one-time purchases.

What is Roaster's Choice?

Roaster's Choice is our curated subscription where we select the best seasonal single-origin coffee for each delivery. It is the easiest way to explore different origins and flavor profiles without having to choose yourself. Available for both recurring subscriptions and prepaid gifts.

Do you sell whole bean and ground coffee?

Yes, all our coffees are available as whole bean or ground. You can select your preference when ordering a single bag or configuring a subscription. We recommend whole bean for the freshest flavor, but our ground option is freshly ground to order.
